Who We Help

Support for those who need it most.

SalamaNet was founded to reach the people and communities that mainstream services too often overlook. We work with individuals and families facing a range of interconnected challenges — always with cultural sensitivity, compassion, and genuine commitment.

All our services are free, open to everyone, and require no referral.

“SalamaNet has a particular focus on supporting Black African and ethnically diverse communities who may experience additional barriers to accessing support — while remaining open and accessible to all.

Our Approach

Meeting people where they are

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person who comes to SalamaNet has a unique story, unique strengths, and unique challenges. Our role is to listen first, then work alongside you to find the right support.

Whether you're navigating a health crisis, trying to get online for the first time, supporting a family member, or simply looking for connection — we're here. No judgement, no jargon, no barriers.

Our team brings lived experience, cultural knowledge, and professional expertise together to provide support that truly reflects the communities we serve.

Our Programmes

Find the right support for you

Our four programmes are designed to work together — addressing the interconnected challenges that individuals and families face.

Not sure if we can help? Ask us.

If you're not sure whether SalamaNet is the right fit for your situation, please reach out anyway. We'd rather have a conversation and point you in the right direction than have you go without support.
